At CHRISTYNG.COM , we want you to love the products you have purchased from us. If you are dissatisfied with the items, you may return them to us provided the terms below are met:



We DO NOT ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  1. Customized and personalized item (items which has been customized based on your specific requirements)
  2. Sale and value buy items (items on discount)
  3. Products obtained from sources other than Christy Ng Online and outlets (original invoices must be provided)
  4. Products that have been damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g. exposure to chemicals, sharp objects, caustic substances etc.);
  5. Products that have been damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purposes
  6. Products that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear
  7. Products that have been altered or soiled

Except for the above,

We ACCEPT returns and exchanges for:

  1. Products with manufacturing defects
  2. Products that are unused and unworn
  3. Products in the original state of packaging and original tags attached
  4. Products must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery

All decisions are subject to the final inspection and discretion of Christy Ng Sdn Bhd. Return of items is not a guarantee of exchange or refund.



If you are not satisfied with your product and the above return/exchange policies are met:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected]
  2. Provide our customer service your order details and reason for exchange/return
  3. Insert your invoice into the return parcel and seal the parcel
  4. Proceed to the nearest postal service to post your returns
  5. Provide our customer service the postal company and tracking number of the return parcel
  6. Delivery fee for return items are to be borne by the customer
  7. Return/exchange request will not be entertained if we do not receive the returned product

Once your return has been received:

  1. Please allow up to 7 business days after your return has been received by our head office for your exchange/refund to be processed.
  2. A final inspection will be done to ensure that the returned product fulfils our return/exchange policies before processing
  3. An exchange is subject to stock availability
  4. In the event where the exchange stock is unavailable, you may opt for:
  1. Exchange with a different item
  2. Refund
  1. You will be updated via email once your return is successful



  1. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit
  2. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice excluding shipping and other charges from your initial order
  3. The refund will be credited into your Christy Ng account within 2 business days once it has been approved

Store credit is only valid for online purchases at CHRISTYNG.COM.

Store credit is not valid for use at any Christy Ng retail stores

Store credit cannot be redeemed as cash and is not refundable or transferable

Store credit may be used to offset the value of new purchases made on CHRISTYNG.COM.
