We provide free shipping for:
- Singapore (for orders above RM 150) (a fee may be charged depending on the size and the weight of the purchase)
Shipping fee for international shipment will be calculated upon check-out and may differ depending on destination country and number of parcels
Your order processing time varies depending on product type.
Generally, orders will be ready for shipping within:
- 3 business days for ready-to-wear products
- 7 business days for personalized products
- 4 weeks for custom made shoes
For orders placed outside business days, processing time will be extended by 1 – 2 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia.
Pick-up and deliveries will only be made on business days
We ship internationally via FedEx International Priority
Estimated delivery time for international shipment: 3 – 5 business days
We ship to all countries except Israel and Nigeria
We ship domestically via DHL Ecommerce and Pos Laju
Estimated delivery time for West Malaysia: 2 – 3 business days
Estimated delivery time for East Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days
Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order.
Delivery failure may occur in the event of:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Recipient is not available during attempted delivery
In such cases, the courier service will either:
- Attempt another delivery to the given address and/or
- Return the parcel to the local sorting hub and/or
- Return the parcel to CHRISTYNG.COM main office

Please note that we will only be able to assist you if the parcel is within our possession
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your item online
Kindly note that until the courier service updates their system with your tracking information, you might be unable to track your shipment.
It may take 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system.
We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery time.
However, unexpected factors may cause delay in your shipment:
- Your order was shipped during sales and promotional period
- Your order was placed during the weekend or public holidays
- Payment receipt was not provided to our customer service for customers who selected manual payment method (bank transfer or offline cash deposit)
- You ordered more than one product. In these circumstances, your order may arrive in separate packages on separate dates.
- The product you purchased is out of stock. In these circumstances, our customer service will contact you for further actions.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All items entering a foreign location (outside Malaysia) may be subject to customs inspection, duties and taxes in accordance with the destination country.
As custom, tax and import charges vary from country to country, CHRISTYNG.COM is unable to determine these costs at checkout.
The recipient shall be responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by the custom authorities of the destination country
In the event that taxes and/or duties are incurred and if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, CHRISTYNG.COM shall not be responsible for payment of all return charges inclusive of any return taxes and/or duties incurred.
